Hi I’m Ozgul.

Founder of Sparkle Therapy, and Paediatric Speech Pathologist of 25+ years.

I graduated from La Trobe University in 1997 and have worked with young children in diverse settings, both Public Health and Private Practice in Victoria & Queensland. I have also supported families in Bodrum & Canakkale, Turkiye. In recent years my focus has been Neurodiversity affirming practice in my role as a Parent Coach.

I am a mum of two. My own parenting journey has shaped my practice. After navigating raising a child with sensory feeding difficulties, I have personally experienced the struggles of raising a child with challenges. This experience, coupled with my professional experience, has given me a deep understanding of the anxiety, stress, and isolation parents may face when seeking the right supports.

I work with a Holistic approach considering all aspects of the child including their social, emotional, physical and cognitive well being. 

Focussing on identifying strengths and challenges in your daily lives, and problem solving with you to improve connection and communication in a playful way.

Based on the Gold Coast, I provide mobile therapy supports. That means I come to you to support your child in their most naturalistic environment.
